The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Chief, Assistant Attorney General for our Multi-County Grand Jury Unit.

Position Summary:

The Multi-County Grand Jury Unit investigates and prosecutes a variety of cases including public corruption, complex white collar crimes, homicides and narcotics violations. The unit also administers all aspects of the Multi-County Grand Jury. The Chief, Assistant Attorney General organizes, directs and supervises the Multi-County Grand Jury Unit. They will be responsible for assigning, directing and evaluating the work of subordinate attorneys, investigators and support staff in the unit. The successful candidate will have outstanding legal judgment and be able to effectively and professionally research, prepare, analyze and understand complex information and legal issues. This position may require some travel, both within and outside the State.


Applicants must be a licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma with a minimum of 5 years in the practice of law. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are a must. Preference may be given to candidates with supervisory experience or experience leading a team, and/or trial experience.
