The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Reserved Powers Protection Unit.

Position Summary:

In 2021, the Oklahoma Legislature enacted House Bill 1236, which created within the Attorney General’s Office the State Reserved Powers Protection Unit. The RPPU works within the Solicitor General’s Division and handles the proactive litigation for the division.

Some travel will be required.
