The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Litigation Unit.

Position Summary:

This position requires a licensed attorney to handle civil actions and proceedings in state, federal and appellate courts.  Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma.  Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills are required.  Preference will be given to those with experience in employment law and/or representing state or other governmental agencies.
