The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Agent for our Tobacco Enforcement Unit.
An Agent assigned to the Tobacco Enforcement Unit is responsible for conducting investigations, inspections, undercover operations, surveillance, interviewing witnesses, interrogating suspects, preparing reports, making arrests and seizing contraband tobacco products related to the violation of state laws regulating the manufacture, sale, distribution, possession and taxation of cigarettes and other tobacco products. This position will require extensive travel with occasional night and weekend work.
Applicants must be CLEET certified and have a minimum of 3 years related experience. Knowledge of computer software applications such as Excel, Word and Microsoft Office Suite is required. A valid Oklahoma Driver’s license and the ability to travel is required.
